hahaha I almost bought this for xmas as a gift for someone but than I googled it and a lot of people say its a scam. is it or does it really work?

hahah they oxy clean guy... I think his name is billy mays or something like that anyways yesterday I saw him selling a glue product that can fix ANYTHING. I got a good laugh out of it I will try to add the video if I see it.
