These states are in the RED I filled my taxes a few weeks ago and was never told that I was not getting my money in a few days. I had to research it and look it up on the FTB for them to tell me that I am getting an IOU Im just changing my taxes so that either they owe me very little money or I end up paying them at the end of the year.
